Speech Pathology Australia Certified Practising Speech Pathologist
Emma is a highly passionate and dedicated clinician, who has a keen interest in working with children. After attending many of her nephew’s speech pathology sessions and seeing the incredible positive outcomes in not only his life but also that of extended family, she knew it was a profession she wanted to pursue in order to positively benefit other children and their families.
Throughout university, Emma has had a particular interest in working with children with speech and language difficulties. She aims to provide a holistic, evidence-based approach and realises the important contribution that the client’s family has in progress and goal attainment. Emma aspires to always look at the bigger picture to ensure that therapy goals match the needs of the client and the family, not just in clinic, but in their everyday lives as communication happens everywhere!
Emma loves getting to know her clients and the families, and prides herself on creating a fun, comfortable and safe environment to ask questions, continue learning and reach therapy goals!
Our mission at Little Language is to provide professional, collaborative, and dynamic speech therapy on the Gold Coast to children of all ages with speech, language, literacy, and orofacial myology difficulties. Emma looks forward to helping your child find their roar!
