Speech Pathology Australia Certified Practising Speech Pathologist
Jess completed her Masters in Speech Pathology at Griffith University following a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood. She is passionate about helping children with speech, language, literacy, voice and fluency difficulties to become confident communicators. Her practice’s foundation is to build strong relationships with every child and their family to develop an evidence-based treatment approach that best suits their individual needs and goals.
Jess believes therapy’s ultimate goal is to enable a child to reach their full potential and facilitate their best possible future. In doing so, she aims to offer practical, engaging sessions and suggestions based on the best available evidence for incorporating therapy goals into real life.
She is also a firm believer in working closely with other professionals and would love to collaborate closely where appropriate with others involved in your child’s care.
Jess originally grew up in a coastal suburb and thoroughly enjoys working and living on the Gold Coast. So, it’s no surprise, outside of work, you can find her at the beach, enjoying the outdoors, taking art classes, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Our mission at Little Language is to provide professional, collaborative, and dynamic speech therapy on the Gold Coast to children of all ages with speech, language, literacy, and orofacial myology difficulties. Jess looks forward to helping your child find their roar!
