Yvonne is a highly passionate speech-language pathologist who has experience working with children with speech, language and literacy difficulties. She is dedicated to providing holistic evidence-based intervention plans, in collaboration with the client and their families, to help children reach their full communication potential.
Yvonne joined Little Language in March 2017 then in July 2021 teamed up with SLP Danielle Ryan to become joint Director and create Little Language Pty Ltd. Yvonne still enjoys continuing her professional learning and development and has additional certification in -

Growing up in a multilingual society, Yvonne is fluent in speaking English and Cantonese. She has developed a particular interest in working with children from non-English speaking backgrounds, and aims to provide holistic care to improve communication in both English and their native language. Yvonne also has a keen interest in working with children with a disability and developmental delay.
Outside of speech-language pathology, Yvonne leads an active lifestyle and trains with Arakan martial arts. She loves to explore night markets and try new restaurants, and also enjoys baking desserts (just as much as she likes eating them!).
Our mission at Little Language is to provide professional, collaborative, and dynamic speech therapy on the Gold Coast to children of all ages with speech, language, literacy, and orofacial myology difficulties. Yvonne is excited to be part of the Little Language team and looks forward to helping your child find their roar!
